Tricaster locked on start-up after selecting "Sleep" in Windows Mode

Our Tricaster 410 has gone into "Locked" mode so that the cursor does not move on the first start-up screen. (That is a message about software that it does not recognise. This message has always come up).

How do I get the cursor back and unlock it?

    Thanks!

I went on to the Newtek Live Customer Support. The guy there "Justin-Rick" was excellent. He advised me to hold down the power button for 15 seconds to get rid of the "ghost power" (who knew that a Tricaster could be haunted!). I then followed his instruction to uplug the power supple and then replace it. Then, when I rebooted the Tricaster worked normally. Thought this may be something worth sharing. It was a neat trick. Holding down the power button for 15 seconds seems to clear its "ghost memory". Thanks Justin-Rick... you are a star!
