    clip trim macro

in looking at the various ways to trim the in point on a clip, just need to backup the in point 2seconds (yes... to cover the transition for cued playback) i have noticed mixed results when applying the macro
    for example

    local-jog -50
    mark-in-update

seems to work on some clips but mixed results on others

    i did try a

    set_item_prop

macro, but that ended up applying the same timecode to all other clips

i am curious what is the best command for an "any clip" situation
    many thanks in advance!

Ugh, this is from Tricaster DDR not 3play, not sure if they have this macro command:

    Try with _scrub_to_time_from_beginning with a value of -2 then a _mark_in

for output its _scrub_to_time_from_end and _mark_out
