MacBook loses NDI feeds, Windows pc doesn't ...

Puzzled ... NDI scan converter running on Windows laptop, signal is received and stays stable on a 2nd Windows laptop, but keeps coming, vanishing, reappearing, etc. on a MacBook. All 3 computers are on the same (managed) switch. Anyone else experiencing dropped connections between Windows scan converter & a Mac on the receiving end? The Mac loses the NDI feed both in Studio Monitor and in the VJ application (Resolume Avenue) that we need it in. It not only regularly loses the NDI feed from said Windows laptop, it also randomly loses the NDI-out feed from vMix, which runs on the 2nd Windows laptop.

    Thanks kindly for any advice.

Not sure why. Do other NDI applications also have issues off the Mac or just Scan Converter? If it appears to just be desktop capture as the issue, there is also the Sienna and vMix NDI Scan Converters tools you can try.

If all NDI apps appear to have problem, then I'd check the networking from the Mac. I'm assuming everything is wired?

Thanks Kane. The Mac loses both the Scan Converter signal from Windows laptop A, and the NDI-out from vMix on Windows laptop B. Yes all is wired, all devices on a gigabit non-blocking managed switch. Possibly, the traffic from the Windows laptops has trouble reaching the MacBook via this switch, and/or the MacBook has trouble maintaining NDI-connections to the Windows laptops. Still, this seems hard to accept.
The two Windows laptops on this same network have no trouble connecting to & retaining each other's NDI sources.

    NDI issue on MacBook Pro's:

Our problem with MacBook Pro's randomly losing and re-acquiring incoming NDI feeds persists ...
Two MacBooks, and both of them randomly lose the incoming NDI feeds.
Both MacBooks lose the incoming feeds at around the same time, and re-acquire them at the same time.
It happens with multiple incoming sources (one from a Windows laptop with NDI Scan Converter, one from a different Windows laptop with NDI-out from vMix).
Both these sources drop & reconnect to the 2 MacBooks at the same time.
The NDI feeds get lost in different receiving apps (Resolume Avenue AND Sienna/NewTek monitor apps).

A Windows PC on the same network has no problems at all, maintaining the incoming NDI feed just fine.
Outgoing NDI from MacBook to Windows PC, and from MacBook to the other MacBook, keeps working when incoming NDI's disappear.
One MacBook is ~6 years old, one is brand new.

All devices are wired to the network.
The MacBook Pro's are wired via an adapter (TB2 / TB3).

We upgraded from a consumer to an enterprise switch (and router), around which time the issues started. Still, Windows gear seems unaffected, so not sure if there's a causal relationship.

Thanks kindly for any ideas !
