    Quick outline technique

    Hey all,

    Just wanted to share a discovery. If you ever need a blocking out of items in a scene, you can use 2019's new Edge Shader node to create outlines rather than smoothing off edges.

    All you need do is connect the EdgeShader's Weight output to your material's Color input. As the annoying meerkat's on those adverts say "Simples!"

    Nice! I wish there was a way to apply this (or other surface effects) globally to all Surfaces in the scene!
