TriCaster Mini only shows screen saver

    Hello Folks,
I have a TriCaster Mini I bought 2 years ago. I havenít used it since. (Diagnosed with cancer but better now!) I havenít used it since but today I hooked up two Go Pros, launched TriCaster. TriCaster never launches but goes into a splash screen. My only option is to log out or power off. I donít see the cameras or home screen. Iím thinking itís because I havenít used it in two years. Anybody have any suggestions for me?
    Thanks!

Which port do you have your monitor plugged into? You might be in one of the ports that aren't the primary ones for the user interface. I think on the Minis you need to be up on the HDMI or DVI ports that are away and separate from the main motherboard ports near the USB and all that. The ones on the motherboard are for "display" like extra PGM monitors and not the user interface.

I'm glad you are doing better and back into it.

    Hey Kris,
I have it in the HDMI slot but it does the same without the external monitor. Thank you for the quick reply,

Make sure it is the correct HDMI connector. See the attachment - not in the red one, only in the green one.

I describe it as "use the HDMI/DVI ports directly below the power connector."
