NewTek Connect Pro freezing when I try to change the source

As the title says, when I try click on the settings cog for one of the 4 mixes and then click the carrot to change the source the entire program freezes. The RTSP streams I am bringing in still stream, but I lose all control over the cameras. I've tried reinstalling the program and restarting the computer it is running on. This has only recently happened, though I'm not sure why. There have been zero changes made to this system as it is only used for this program.

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

If anyone has had this problem or can offer some advice it would be very appreciated.
