TC1 problems to update to newest firmware version

we have some problems to update our tc1 to the newest firmware

after downloading ( from inside TC1 Administration mode) we got a pop up window

" The GPU, CPU or drivers of this machine are not supported by this version"

after press ok it sends to nvidia driver downloads see attached pictures

so firmware update is not possible - what can we do?

    Thanks for your help

See Answer from Technical Support that solved the Problem V2 is installed now!!!

    Hello Michael,
You need to install Nvidia Drivers that matches the Graphic Card installed on the TC1.
You can check the display adapters in the administration mode by opening the Device Manager, it will give you the model of the GPU.
For TC1, it should be Geforce 1050 TI, for windows 10 64 bits.
You can use the Nvidia Advanced search, and need to take a driver version earlier than September. Use the 399.07 (from August)

Do you made default update(automatic) or download update files on hdd and done it manualy?
I have similar situation with 7-0-181017, when interface was changed. When i done manual update,TC live cant start, it look for latest nidia driver for 1050. So i enter windows, update only driver and afther restart, driver update in background and TC start nice.
Also it is little strange with latest 2 updates. Update procedure is always different(when i look at screen update proces). In version with old interface, always was the same.
