Can't get audio from NDI sources into TC1

In particular from Google Chrome windows on a regular old house-network PC. Can't get the audio to play into the TC1. Can see video no probbo. I have tried routing the video/audio to the NCIO input (like input 7), then using that as source in TC1. Am I missing a step or do I need to set a switch somewhere or do I need to physically connect the PC audio out jack to the TC1 or NCIO? Forgive me I am an idiot when it comes to audio.

After you launch NDI right click on the icon in your lower toolbar and make sure you select the audio source. I usually select system audio.

Another solution is to install 'VB-Cable', make it you default sound card in the system and then have NDI Scan Converter use it. However, you will not hear any audio from the speakers when you do this, since audio is now routed to a different output device.

Have you tried updating your sound card drivers to see if that gets system audio working?
