    Problem Connecting to 860 AE

I have installed the HX driver on the 860 AE - I have also installed the HX driver installed on a separate Windows Machine on the same Network.

I upgraded the Firmware in the HDMI Spark
    I factory Reset the Spark
I can see the Source image in the Admin Area and Loop out displays.
I can see the image in the Windows Machine using Studio Monitor
I can see in the Tricaster Source Pull down the Newtek-Connect Box and a Chan1

I do not see the spark as a selection nor do I see a video on Chan1 its black.

Any thoughts here. I can see other NDI sources like NDI Scan Converter with the 860

Update: One thing I can tell though is that the 860 does not like that HX driver at all and made the system unstable. I had to remove the driver as it started producing out of memory errors. I have a TC1 arriving this week so I will just try again with that machine but Newtek needs to test the HX driver on the 860.

So I take it no one at Newtek has broke out an 860 and seen if there is an issue?

I can test my 460 when I get back home, but without the HX driver installed I can tell you that you aren't going to get video. It would help to know the exact version of software you are running on the TriCaster.

We have tested it on every platform we have extensively. Please make sure you are running the latest version of TriCaster and the NDI HX driver from the downloads page and make sure you have the latest firmware on your Spark.

I will likely do a system restore and try again. But it defnitley became very unstand and I saw a popup windows error of something out of memory. The second I removed the driver everything returned to normal operation.

Update: The recent build for the 860 fixed the issue. Although it had me do a Video card Driver update which I have never experienced before. So it is a definite that you have to be on current builds for the NDI-HX drivers to work. If your on a earlier build even one as new a month ago.. Things just dont work.
