    TC1 audio problem when streaming

    Hi all,

We've been streaming some programs to Youtube from our new TC1, and there seems to be some audio issues. The recorded video on the TC1 sounds great, but the Youtube video has some noises such as crackling. Has anyone else had this occur? We've streamed many programs previously with our 460 with no audio issue, which has us thinking there must be some settings in the TC1 that we're missing. Does anyone know the best settings for streaming to Youtube from a TC1? Thanks for any help, much appreciated!

There should not be any setting that would cause crackling. Update software if you haven't yet, as units ship with older software so maybe this has been addressed.

    Thanks

OP, did you ever figure this out? I've updated to the newest software and am still having this issue no matter which streaming service/provider I stream to.

What stream encoder settings are you using? I tried this today using the medium preset and was unable to reproduce this when streaming to YouTube Live.
