Can a macro change the source of a given NET input?

During live sports production, DSK 1 is set for NET 1. DSK 2 is set for GFX 2
NET 1 source is LiveText (on screen scoreboard) running on a laptop.
    NET 2 source is 3Play (Output 1)

I want to create a macro that would do the following:
    1) Change NET 1 source from LiveText to NDI Telestrater
    2) Transition to M/E 1 set as:
BANK A: GFX 1 (Replay Bug)
    BANK B: NET 2 (3Play Output 1)
DSK 1: NET 1 (NDI Telestater)

    Then, another macro that would:
    1) Change NET 1 source from NDI Telestrator to LiveText
    2) Transition to live camera source.

    Thanks for your help!
