Updated Tricaster Mini now all cameras are blank

Updated Tricaster Mini to build 2-6-170622c and now all 3 of my HDMI cameras are blacked out. Any ideas? Is there a way to restore the previous build? They were all fine before the update.
    Thanks in advance.

Is this a new session? Did you try disconnecting from the cameras and reconnecting?

New Session, old session tried. Restarted everything. Reconnected cameras.
If I reconnect camera while in a session I see a blur on the screen and then black.

Not sure where you found that version, most current available for download is 2-6-170623 which I would try using.

I just downloaded to and help about says 2-6-170622c. I'm rerunning the installer and it says 2-6-170623 installed/ 2-6-170623 available. I'm rerunning the installation and we'll see.

So I re-installed and have the exact same results. Help/About says 2-6-170622c and the cameras are still blacked out.

When you say they are 'blacked out', you mean you're not seeing anything on the individual input monitors, right?

Okay, sorry for the confusion. I always check version using ALT + B in the UI, but version number may report different using Help/About.

I just installed latest 2-6-170623 on a friend's Mini a few nights ago and it was a very long process - was updating the FPGA and such. Then it said that the machine needed to be powered off for at least 3 minutes before turning on again. Did you do that last part, extended shutdown?

    Thanks

Correct. The individual monitor is black. If I unplug and reconnect while in the session I will occasionally see a blur and then the black monitor. The blur is like it's trying to connect.

So I created a session at a lower resolution, normally we used 1080, and at 720 the cameras connected. I wonder why that is. The cameras didn't change.

Maybe try adjusting your camera outputs to 1080p30 or 1080i? I wonder if the handshaking in the 1080 session is pushing your cams up to 1080p60?

It could be an auto detect problem? Maybe set the input resolution manually in the input settings? Just make sure those match whatever the camera is setup as.
