Web video as source on TriCaster 8000

Is it possible on a TriCaster 8000 to take a video feed from a website and incorporate it into the TriCaster as a source?

In other words, a website with a live video feed needs to be routed into the TriCaster so I can incorporate it into my show.

If so, how would I go about it?

    Hi Terry,

Run the web video feed on a separate laptop or desktop, and send the video from laptop to TriCaster over the network using NDI Scan Converter, or possiblly the VLC Media Player plugin. With Standard Edition software, NDI will come in over a NET input as just another video source. With Advanced Edition, NDI sources can be routed to any of 12 inputs on the 8000.

You can download the free NDI TOOLS PACK for PC here - http://newtek.com/ndi/applications.html

There is no way to directly open a website as a source inside TriCaster. NDI will provide full frame rate HD video that looks great, I use it all the time.

    Thanks
