VPR vs. F9 blown-out render issue

I'm having an odd issue where a render looks great in VPR. But, when I go to use the native F9 render, it also looks perfect, RIGHT before it gets to image viewer and becomes blasted and over exposed.

I'm sure there's some image filter setting, or something. But for the life of me I can't see it. Any thoughts?

SOLVED: I accidentally had HDR Expose image filter turned on and cranked up. VPR couldn't see it.
