Using Larger drives on a TriCaster

Using Larger drives on a TriCaster

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The use of higher capacity drives with TriCaster has been tested as follows:

    Machine: TriCaster

    Drive used:

    Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 ST3000DM001 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s

The drive performed well and so long as basic specs are not lesser it stands to reason that drives larger than the one tested should also work.
It should also be noted that in regards to video drives, “green” drives should be avoided since their power saving features may cause performance issues.
