    8000 Freezing

    Upgraded to 8000.

Froze four times now. Each time, I was switching between cam 1 and 4.
A hard reboot was needed each time. The freeze locks everything, and the cam shots were stuck in a freeze-frame.

I changed the USB cable to the control surface and that seemed to work for a little while, but now the problem is back.

    Anyone encounter this?

I have not seen this. Have you tried a system restore? Or are you running on the latest version?

If none of that helps, I would put a call into support.

Any news? Are your cameras and TriCaster genlocked form an external timing source, or are you genlocking internally with the TriCaster?
