It's Dead Jim. Dead Hard Drive - Suggestions

    Hi,
I was just informed by CS that the reason that my Tricaster 40 v1 will not boot is because the 2 year old hard drive has failed.
SO, my question being. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, was there anyway of accessing any of the data to retrieve
    video and live sets?

Also, what kind of Hard Drive is it that it costs $320.00 to replace?

    Thanks

Another Question, if the Drive itself costs $54.00, why is it $320.00 from Newtek? What is the other $266.00? Just to reimage the drive?
