Hi, I am going to do things in Lightwave that I have never used; specifically Cloth/Hair Dynamics in conjunction with Bake Animation tools.

My question is: Can I animate a character with dynamic hair, and a cape that interacts with an object in the scene (such as a chair), and the bake those secondary motions into an FBX file that is importable to a game engine?

I am volunteering to do animation for a superhero MMO project, and rather than use bones to animate the hair and cape, I'd like them to look more natural through procedural animation.

If anyone has experience with this sort of thing, I'd like to read your suggestions and feedback.

Thank you.
