can't resize preference window. Win7 LW 11.6.3 Bug?

it's not pretty and i can't resize. Bug or feature ?
The tabs usually shows the first few letters and if you look lower the text to the left doesn't have enough room.

I don't think I've ever been able to resize the preference window. It resizes itself on tab selection, but that's it.

Sadly, it was a very poor design decision somewhere along the way. Just a cross we have to bear until LW12.

Looks to me like you've changed your font or font size from default. It is a known issue that the UI doesn't respond with larger elements according to chosen font.

Yeah, the panel isn't resizable, but it does look odd in your pic. What is your computer's system display font size set to? If the text DPI was too big, it might cause what you see.
