Thread: Lightwave 10 hardware key in Yosemite. Which drivers?

Lightwave 10 hardware key in Yosemite. Which drivers?

LW 10 seems fine in OS X 10.10 Yosemite, except the dongle isn't recognized. All was fine in 10.9 Mavericks.

The troubleshooting info says to get new SafeNet Sentinel drivers here.

But there are three different Sentinel products listed there (Sentinel Keys, Sentinel UltraPro and Sentinel SuperPro). None of which list support for any version of OS X newer than 2011-era 10.6 (but I'm hoping they still work, as they did in Mavericks).

Which download is the right one?

    Thanks in advance!

I have never had to install a dongle driver on my Mac!
I would contact Customer Support and let them know your system specs/LW version etc.

Found it the system report under About This Mac: the USB device info mentions UltraPro.

However, it started working again on its own before I re-installed the drivers... maybe a bunch of LW launch attempts and reboots shook something loose... hope it stays this way!
