    LSC - Compiler targets decyphered

    Today, I wanted to compile my LScript, but had no clue what the different target abbreviations meant.

    Fortunately, I found the following website that decyphered them: http://www.timaxmedia.com/html/help/..._in_Layout.htm

    IF=Image Filter
    PT=Procedural Texture
    DM=Displacement Map
    IA=Item Animation (Item Motion)
    OR=Object Replacement
    GN=Generic
    MC=Master
    CF=Channel Filter
    CO=Custom Object
    Lib=Library file

    Even better, although the dialog explicitly tells us to "SELECT TARGET BEFORE FILE BROWSING", we do not have to,
    "If the script has a '@script' identifier in it, then you can specify it first, and the compiler will automatically select the architecture."

    Life can be so easy!

    Thank you [email protected]

    And just to add, if you're compiling a Modeler lscript you do that through Modeler, not Layout.
    My opinions and comments do not represent those of my employer.
