Nevron Motion : best plug-in CG award

Well, everything is in the title.

Let's hope it is a plug-in that will continue to be developed, and especially to accept new capture devices, some of them being mac-friendly.

I find that award ironic, to say the least. I certainly do not consider Nevron remotely near the "best plugin" (or even "best LW plugin", for that matter) I've purchased w.r.t. value, level of support, quality, documentation, etc. Premium pricetag for a non-premium (and now feeling quite unsupported) product, IMO.

Then again, I would also very much like to know what specific aspect of the Cintiq Companion they consider innovative hardware?

It's a nice piece of kit and all, but seriously, hardware innovation?

Dunno. Voters had to choose between a limited pre-selection made by the team, if I recall correctly. How was the pre-selection made and on what criteria was not obvious.
