I downloaded V204 on 15 after a long email thread between Mr. Rebel and I about my license (or licence if you are across the pond) on Mac. I will go download it again for sanity sake and try again today. It is always possible with all the shuffling of the plugin during that license problem I got them mixed up.

I don't know how having the version number being displayed didn't come up during all the beta versions. That seems awfully handy.

Yep... that was fixed in one of the last releases... go grab it, and it'll autofix existing as well as new built rigs. And the Vnum is now displayed... you'll see it in the entry listing in master plugins.

That did indeed fix the problem. I guess in all the confusion of install/uninstall of the plugin and LW all day long I must have gotten v200 and v204 mixed up or something. As for the version number, are you referring to the plugin name in master plugins? I downloaded 204 (and now keep the download name with version for a directory so I know for sure) but Master plugins says "RHiggit_BodyBox_2.03". Now I'm all confused... lol, now... only just now.

Of course... you can use ANY kind of animated items as a source... just pair up the appropriate parts using the define map tool.

The CMU library is kind of strange to use, though... The bones in the BVH are named for the joint below them; For instance - the elbow bone in the CMU BVH is actually the shoulder bone in LW. I think the BVH files were generated for use in Maya.

Ok... so V205 is up... No changes to the body builder, but some great additions to the ancillary tools. Check em out in the changelog, and check the video playlist for doc vids of the tools (and I even got the version numbering right this time).

    Cheers.

Ok, Using the CMU MoCap Library, Motion 46_1, and the animation box retarget functions, this comes up while the motion is being retargeted:
    RHIGGIT_ANIMBOX.LSC : Line 522, invalid object reference.

Rig is a standard RH2 Deforms and Null Rig, no user add-ons.

I've gotten this three times today, so it is repeatable. If I have to, I'll have a scene and presets zipped up for tomorrow morning....
(This time, I've saved out the preset, so it should take a whole lot less time to repeat).

Did you use cmu bvh format?

I suspect its something missing in your mapping somewhere.

Attached is one of the cmu BVHs (from the cgspeed hosted converted sets) loaded into LW, with standard biped on the side. Using the included preset file, everything works fine here.

    Cheers.

I recommend the "Motion Builder" archive from the CGSpeed files of the CMU mocap sets. The other archives contain lower quality (jittery/inaccurate) conversions that are harder to work with in Lightwave.

I don't see any version numbering yet - should it be seen in the body builder dialogue?

edit - Ah - just seen the reply above - got it in Master plug-ins - OK cheers

Also---- not a big thing but
is it possible for the Mirror-Paste dialogue prefix edit to be persistent for a given session?
ie can 'Left_' an 'Right_' be changed only once whilst working rather than having to edit it every time
    its opened.

I need to quickly rig and animate a camel later this week--I think this means it's time for me to learn and started using RHiggit 2.0. Downloading 205 right now.
