It's a little trickier to set up, but it does work. Alas, when I set it up for 10,000 x 10,000. I got a stack overflow and lightwave decided to take a break. (If I can duplicate it, I'll fog it so whatever it is can be nuked.) Before Lightwave dumped to desktop, I actually had something looking a lot like Minecraft's terrain!

    Hey, folks.

So -- I had a vision of Darth Vader walking a dog and using one of those retractable dog leashes. Of course, the leash itself would be the light of his light sabre and ... well, it seemed like a funny idea at the time. It came out looking more like a blow dryer ...

    It's time for competition summary.
    Sorry for being late...

Kryslin: dangerous lookin' device, pal! When i look at it, I think about alien nurse with big, terrible syringe...
Bax33: and there come alien nurse with Kryslin's device. I don't want to know what she doin' here! nice and simple object, maybe a little too much loops in the end opposite to control panel, and little overtime...
Slartibartfast: yes, aliens have always three eyes and wear counterfeited ray-bans made in china
ANS: Move along... move along. Nothing interested here, these aren't the droids we're looking for.
OnlineRender: such a simple idea, and such a good effect. And also opportunity to know something new about LW.
Kuzey: beautiful gun barrel I'm sure that complete gun will be quite handsome piece of deadly machinery.
akaracquel: beautiful and completely odd lookin' flower. I'm sure it no blooms even in Australia... But is... flower. It's botany ? Not tech ? Maybe, if he had a hydraulic stem and steel teeth ?
Pantagrool: nicely done hai... oops, dog's retractable leash. You're sure it's for dogs, not for AT-AT walkers?

    Winner: OnlineRender.
Congratulations! And prepare for us great competition when it's your turn

Congrats OnlineRender!! You gave me some ideas to try. ANS, thanks for your feedback. I think you are correct. I don't know why I had so many loops at that end. Sometimes I don't see these details I need to. Thanks again.

The Doctor's sonic screwdriver, a dangerous device? Pshaw! Let's step into this convenient blue police call box for a chat, shall we?
(Actually, I'm not a Dr. Who fan at all. )

Simple wins out in the end. Congrats, OnlineRender!
