Best Format For Recording for Later Upload

This is more of a generic question and I know it will depend on several factors more than likely.

Generally speaking what is the best format to record in for later upload to the net? We have an event where the client wants us to record a HS football game and then have us upload the file afterwards. In the past we have always broadcast live and then had our CDN archive it. This is a little different, just trying to get my head around it.

    Thx!

I usually use .MP4s for that. YouTube and Vimeo like those.

Thx Kris. I am working on getting my biz partner to get off the wallet and purchase your Scoreboards! Would be a great Christmas present for the biz!
