    Facial capture head movement

    Hi Guys,

I have managed to get my morphs hooked up, but now cant for the life of me work out how the emissary scene is controlling the head movement.
I see Head_Rotation null is hooked up to Face_Pose_Position and Rotation, but cant work out what that drives. I'm looking for something on one of the bones, or something, but cant find anything.
Cant seem to work out how the motion is transferred from there. I'm obviously missing something obvious (the name Head_rotaion kinda gives it away)
Can anyone explain how this is achieved ?

    ta

I got this working by adding a "Trait' motion modifier to the main head bone and away it went.
I am still curious as to how it works in the emissary scene though. Cant find anything that is driven by the Head_Rotation null.
oh well one of life's mysteries I guess....

One that would be nice if Lino (and others) could clarify. I haven't even installed Nevron Motion yet - of course I don't have the Kinect yet either - but this facial capture is the primary reason I bought Nevron. It looks great, but it would be nice if one day (soon) we can have a detailed manual?

Is there a tutorial how to star using NevronMotion for face capture.?

    Hey Cesar,
The easiest / best thing to do is to download the Alien Emissary scene and start playing / pulling it apart.
It's not the easiest thing in the world to pick up, but its also not the hardest.
    Make sure to look here:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj130970.aspx
(scroll all most of the way to the bottom) to find the morph shapes the kinect recognizes.
Also people are pretty helpful here

    Cheers

I have seen your tests, and it works very well !
I'm gonna test facial capture, and I have looked into the alien emissary example.
If I model a head with morphs, and give to the morphs the right names, it will work ?
