My TriCaster did not sell on eBay - not sure why as I think the initial bid price was very low. So I have re listed the unit on eBay:

Check out the finished auction for this unit as most of them have been going anywhere from $3k to $3500.

Not to mention with the HD40 price under $5k, people are going with that one in most cases.

I bought a demo 300 a little over a year ago for $9k after watching the market for over a year. One thing I was happy about was that due to NewTek's trade-in policy, it was rare to find a used Tricaster 300. There was the Intro of the HD40. The recent promotion of the 455 for $10k and NewTek has discontinuing, there are suddenly a lot more 300's for sale from dealers selling off their demo models to those that bought the 455 selling their old 300's. It's unfortunate.
    All the best,

The unit sold for $4100 + shipping after re-listing on ebay. The TCXD300 is a great unit for portable HD use or for trade-in. NewTek boxes hold their value for a long time.
