Ah well, I never got round to the Lewis model. Maybe I'll return to that when I get anything resembling spare time.
Great entries folks. Next challenge...................

If I never do another seashell it'll be too soon!! Took me 20 minutes to realize it's dependent on scale.... and not seashell scale (at least not the seashells I'm familiar with).
So the body took an just over the hour. Lets' just call him the Headless Sea-Horseman.
System Specs: A pile of sand, a couple of wires, a real live mouse and a beer.
Well it's that time again.
Thanks to everyone for all the great entries some impressive results even with some animation thrown in! I hope you had some fun.
This weeks winner with a fantastic Knight is Kuzey. I'm just such a sucker for the smooth wires and excellent poly flow.
Well done all!
Congrats kuzey. That's the one I would have picked as the winner. A very detailed and smooth model.
Thanks..that was cool! This is why I like these challenges, you get to model something you wouldn't have otherwise :P
I uploaded a time-lapse of the knight model..check it out here:

After the deadline and I think it took more than an hour anyway. But I thought I'd post it anyway. Anyone know where this is from?

Is it the "No sir...I don't like it." horse from Ren & Stimpy? I recognise it from somewhere, Disney?.

Thanks, It is a bit obscure, so it's not surprising it wasn't recognized. Dark Horse Comics produced Sergio Aragones' GROO the wanderer. For the first couple series, Sergio designed the company logo. I tried to translate it to 3D, I think I did it pretty well.
