We have been trying to get a certification through both 3D Storm in France and aslo went over to NYC and took a course with Jose Burgos.

None have been able to proceed and perform a certification.

How hard can it be?

Sorry for late response but was tied up on a production till now.

I am no longer with AMV and now 100% back to being Burgos, Inc. I also can now give the certification test.

Are there any courses available to head towards certification? Correct me if I'm wrong, it looks as though I'm able to test for certification, but all learning has to be done on my own?

There are many valuable materials on the Learning Resources page (http://www.newtek.com/support/learning-resources.html). Also, many of NewTek's resellers and testing centers offer training courses. Check with them for possible upcoming courses.

Is there any facility in India as i did not get.

The only problem I see with this is if you do not make a 70 like myself there is no way to find out what area you are short on and be able to study up some more. I my case the testing is bases on the 8000 models and not everyone has the cash to pay for that model. We use the 460, even though both do a lot of the same there is some major differences. And the course for it is based on the 8000 model.

There used to be separate tests for the TriCaster 40, 455/855 and 8000. How there is a test for the TC40 and one for the 'Professional Series' that covers 410, 460, 860 and 8000 all together. All of these models have the same interface and functionality is similar. The Professional Series training is also now available which covers all of these models in detail.

I passed my certification exam a couple of weeks ago at Digi-Box near London and was just wondering who I need to contact at NewTek regarding getting hold of the certified logo and getting on the certified list? Keen to get the logo up on the website and on new business cards etc but wasn't sure who to get in contact with.

Just wondering if you had any news on this?

Had a few pieces of work sent my way recently by some re-sellers I know in the UK who are on the certified list (but don't do freelance work) and would like to be up there myself for potential clients find me!

Been 2 months I think now since I passed the exam and an update on this would be great.

My certificate will expire soon. I am TriCaster Professional Line TC 460 8000 operator. What should I do to extend my cert?
