    Question Position to X Y Z / X Y Z to position node?

I need to be able to combine X Y X, after doing math on them, into a position output, together with the reverse process.

Is there a node to accomplish this please?

Aha! I figured it out. Using three vector scalars to filter out the X, Y and Z components. Then do math on the result(s), before recombining them with a Make Vector node and back into the original Position input.

It's amazing what you can figure out after letting the air get to brain in the restroom!

TrueArt's Node Library has Split Vector node.
Tools > Make Vector is built-in.
But often a bit of thinking is better than splitting and merging.
for instance you have to multiply X by -1, an Y,Z have same. Don't split! Use Math > Vector > Multiply -1,1,1 and effect will be the same.
