One tab in the crash / dump report is for network settings so the report can be routed to NewTek etc. via SMTP server. This requires authentication (UID / PW) and, in my case, a non-standard port number. While fiddling with a crash problem, I hit this cash / dump report requester several times, and each time I had to re-fill some of the SMTP info into the Network tab.

Could a preference or option be added so that I can pre-configure this info so that it persists from instance to instance?

Would you consider adding a similar non-crash bug report pane that can be called up from the help menu?
