    Unity 3D AppLink

Are there any instructions anywhere for the LightWave / Unity link? I found the files in the LightWave directory but I'm not sure what to do with them. There's a .UnityPackage file so I copied that to where the other UnityPackage files are in the Unity folder. not sure what to do after that though.

The UnityPackage file is basically a zip file, double click it to open and import it into Unity. It contains a folder named Editor and a script within it. It will ask you where LightWave is located, and once specified, any LWS file inside the Unity project folder will be auto-converted to FBX for you. Make sure you maintain the LightWave project structure, Objects, Scenes, and so on.

Thanks. I was just talking with Ben Vost about it as well.

Is it possible to download just the unity/lightwave link? I have an older version of lightwave, but the newest Unity.

use the unity lwo plugin linked to in the games dev forum on here, if you just want geo. its easier than constantly exporting fbx's.
if you ant scenes, it easier to do it in unity. lightwave has no snapping features or qwerty/maya nav, quick duplication, nested prefabs and stuff like that. better off doing it all there.
