iVGA and Boot Camp or Parallels

Alright NewTek community, I have a great question raised by one of my clients. He asked me if he ran Windows on a Mac via Parallels or Boot Camp, would iVGA for Windows work with the full frame rate, or at all? To save comments about iVGA for Mac, he noticed that iVGA for Mac runs at around 15 frames versus 30 for iVGA for Windows. Has anybody tried this or found a solution to get better frame rates for Mac?

All the speedup that he'd gain by running it in Windows will be lost by running it via parallels. Boot Camp would be the better option.
