    Smoothing out a Spline?

How would one smooth out a spline? The various smoothing tools only seem to work with polygons.

Someting iterative, like Smooth, but for Curves.

(Curves:Smooth is for smoothing out 2 curves joint. And breaking the curve at that point and applying it did not work)

EDIT: Oh, wait: Curve:Smooth followed by POINT MERGE did work. Still, I'd rather have an iterative, or better, interactive, Smoothing Tool for Curves. A globall one, and one that would smooth on a point-by-point basis (hover over point, drag left/right).

u could try the subdivide > metaform tool, it works to an extent...

You could try true arts bezier curve

I would also suggest using pictrix px_bezier, also free only for 32 bit though...
a lot of control when youre in edit mode for controlling everything, however once dropped it canīt be re- edited except for standard tools.
However ..if you go to the setup tab in px_bezier, there you can save out your curve, and if you load it in again it will be fully editable again.
a sort of smoothing can be done by decreasing bezier segments, and also using smooth handles.

Cant recall if thereīs a plugin out there to fix smoothing on curves, otherwis you have to settle for using magnet or the drag tool and manually drag smooth it.

the smooth curve(hidden and not in standard button setups) command only smooths and rounds multicurves or if you use split polygon on the curve to get sharp connections.

You can also use spline guide, and decrease number of points to three and then use bend mode to reform the curve a little.
