    unified anti-aliasing help

    hi all,

i'm still not really using lightwave11 due to my lack of understanding about the new antialiasing system. i've read the documents and as many forum posts as i can find and still cant quite grasp it.

is there anyway to work out what settings i should have to emulate my old tried and tested 9.6 settings? or is it just a case of trial and error?

it'd help maybe if there was some kind of preset system or even just a "ballpark" start with with these settings.

attached is the settings i normally used in 9.6.(i'd up the antialiasing to 3 if needed)

any help, thoughts or pointers would be appreciated

There is no "direct" translation between the new US system and previous versions... but once u have the understanding of what each was doing, u should find it easier to find an "equal".
