    Teradek Bond

Last week our TD switched the S.A.G. awards on a Tricaster 850 extreme. The thing that made this stream different was the fact that two of the remote HD cameras were wireless broadcasting their signal to the Tricaster over 3G and 4G. They were using a Teradek Bond System, to combine the power of 5 different cell cards. Absolute Live Productions is both excited and proud to be renting and selling this new technology. We would be happy to discuss helping you add a wireless workflow to your next production.

Dave, Teradek makes great products, and I'm glad they've dropped their prices. For what you just described, you need three products per camera, no? The Bond, and one encoding Cube and one decoding Cube. Am I getting that right? At $6,000 for the set per camera renting does become the best option for occasional use so thanks for your service!

Are you renting the cellcards as well? Bonded cellular can work in a pinch but data plans are still unforgiving. Having that service available as well would make that rental package really worth while for a lot of remote productions.

Is a free month of Livestream Premium still included with most Teradek packages?

Awesome! We have rented LiveU units in the past and would love to get pricing from you on a Bond system. All the same questions as were asked by csandy apply for me too. Thanks!
