    Delay in switching

We just installed our new broadcast Tricaster for our basketball broadcasts. Lately we have noticed a lag or delay time of about a second when switching between the cameras. This happens whether we do a hot switch or a take. Is anyone having similar problems? I am sure the switch should be more immediate. Any help would be appreciated.

Our pro just started doing is too. Inour case, it seemed to be caused by a seriously compromised IVGA source that was getting hosed by rf interference.

My first thought is to try resetting the configs (from the Admin screen). My second thought is to make sure someone didn't install some inappropriate third party software on the system. Tech Support might have other ideas.
