    Missing fades on clips

We upgraded our Tricaster and Speededit has changed the way it brings clips in. We have several clips we use as tags 10-20 sec. long I used to bring them into SE and the whole clip would be there, now I have to stretch both front and end so the fades are there. any ideas?

The amount it trimmed from the in and outpoints is selected in preferences. Set it to zero seconds if you don't want it to automatically trim enough room to allow for DVEs.

Otherwise, if for other reasons you want to leave the default as is, you can just select any clip in the project and hit the 'g' key to set it to full length.
