Easy fix: Purchase NTFS for Mac from Paragon for around $19. Read and write to NTFS drives all day (all night too!).

I formatted my drive to "exfat".

I can move files to and from both PC and MAC. I have had some trouble with the mac not playing the sound/audio ( i do not know why).

I do have lion...and so far so good. Although like I said audio does not play in fcp.
The fix is to use MPEG stream clip. Still have no other fix.
