    C6

    Hi !

Here is one of my older models (model is made in 2007) finally rendered for my portfolio. I didn't render it before since it was part of private video tutorial (how to model car) back then and client only wanted to see modeling process but now i finally found time to render it . It's done with LW10 and new Color Space stuff which helps to make car paint/shader (Carpaint node+flakes) pop up nicely.

    Here is few renders/angles.

    cheers and thanks for comments

Hey, Mister, what a great render, what a great model, what a great texture!
    Technical questions:
_Is there PS post production in this render?
    _Did you use Radiosity?
_Could you share with us your car paint node setup, please? (that one is not a technical question, actually)
    Congrats! Very well done!

    Oops, another one:

_Did you try a white and clear and sophisticated Apple style background?

Yes, slight softening, vignetting edges and some CA (all very slight to make it more cinematic/real)

It's Carpaint node with flakes size of 1mm and 1m falloff + Fresnel. Nothing fancy, just 3 nodes (could go with 2 also since carpaint node has flakes settings also ).

    Congrats! Very well done![/QUOTE]

Thanks you all for comments .

Does this (added co-driver ?) make it more "natural" ?

Yeah that was my first idea but then I'd need to ask moderators to put "warning" on topic name .
