    Cracking paint effect

Anyone ever done a cracking paint effect? (i.e. paint growing old/decomposing and peeling away). Tutorials? advice? would be appreciated.

    PS Multiply and this?

Edit: oh you mean with mesh? Maybe cracking the canvas and make some morphs( size down each island, curl them, etc)

Look more like you just fade in a cracked paint texture.
