    Frustrated Customer

    Really don't know where else to go with this. But we own a Tricaster Pro that was sent to service. We were told 3 days for repair so we shipped it overnight ($89) as we needed it for a weekend shoot....well it's going on the third week with no word. Have tried to get an answer but all I get are promises to "to find out" for me. Meanwhile I have no clue what to tell people we have scheduled shoots with. Have been perfectly happy up to this point with the Tricaster and support but it has me wondering now! Anybody have any ideas about who to contact to find out where my machine is? Thanks!

    For the record, I've never heard of something getting lost like this.
    I know it doesn't help you, but it's not a normal situation with RMA gear.
    If we were closer we'd be glad to help you out.

    Just want to say I received a call from Newtek regarding the Tricaster, not really sure where problem was. Unit was received but somehow ball was dropped. Customer service was very nice and we should be getting our unit in today. Thanks all for letting me vent and we have been very happy with Newtek (except for this one instance).
