It'll look kinda like this, except that it's not a final render below the text mask yet

Really nice! It looks a little low-poly in the nose, but the overall design is fantastic!

Very nice; always a fan of this type of work.
When you know you're a "cup half-full" kind of guy:

    "Sir; they've got us surrounded!"

"Excellent! Now we can attack in any direction!"

A bigger render like 3840x1080 would be sweet ... only if u want to ... need a new screen saver image .... for the puter ... Please

With loads of sugar and every thing nice.... Only if u want to ..

Only trying to butter it up a little ...

Zapper1998 - Do I see another happy user of twin 26" monitors? Deal, as soon as I'll finish modelling. As IngusFast noted, vessel's nose still needs some on it, especially the hangar deck.

That is a Very Nice model.
I love the plating on it how did you get the cracks?(or whatever they are called)
I think that maybe the best maybe second best spaceship from lightwave i Have ever seen.

its in the work in Progress so im going to say one VERY small detail i dont like. is that it kinda look like a minuter figure it just looks TO freash out of the Assemble line maybe add a small about of dust on it.

Do you have anymore space ships i can see? (your to good for this to be your frist)

No, except for several tubes, there are no subdivs here. Old trusty smoothing still works fine.

Dashermkii - most seams are added by displacement map.
as to dust - yes, I wholeheartely agree, it definetely needs some.
On my spaceships - well, you may check my other posts here, there must be a couple of other vessels here. Or check the following link: http://www.pardus.at/index.php?secti...nloads_gallery, entries by Grigory Kapustkin AKA Kora (yet most of them are pretty old and less detailed. But one may try to trace the progress)

I love modeling and design but render looks like plastic toy. Few tips if I can :
    - Lower specularity
    - Add point lights ( adjust falloff ) with small flares in strategic places and remove any light source except one, main, star/sun source. High contrast in lighting is the answer.
    - In space there is no volumetric lighting ( and lasers are invisible, sorry Star Wars fans :-)
    - Add texture to show model scale.

And once more, inspiring model. I see it animation right now, sequence where all this hatches opened one after another with small latency.
