    Iceland stinks!!

    ...like rotten eggs.

I can smell the volcano in Iceland over here in Norway, the sulphur(?) smells like rotten eggs...some places of Norway even get the ashes of it too.

anyone else in Europe who noticed it yet?...the winds are bringing it all mostly to us in Scandinavia, but still...anyone?

There was quite an eerie sunrise this morning, I woke at 4am for some reason, apparently caused by the dense atmosphere. The sky is quite hazy but nothing too noticable yet. I heard that Scotland is suffering worse (as they often do)...but they're a tough bunch

While it's not from the Icelandic volcano, we have hot springs here in Pagosa Springs, Colorado because we are on top of a dormant volcano. And yes, is very sulphury, took months to get used too.

Well something stinks, not sure if it´s the sulphur or my working mates thou.

just kidding, no smell here in stockholm-sweden yet, a lot of clouds are shaping up right now thou for a potential rain weather in the evening, if that is due to the vulcano eruption is uncertain.

Nothing noticible here in London, but my cousin was flying over from Copenhagen today -- looks like she's stuck!

The only thing i'm noticing is that Schiphol airport has been closed down and the air above the Netherlands is a no fly zone as of 18:00 last Thursday. So no overflying planes over my house all day.

Nothing visible or smelly here in Belgium. The smell is produced by H2S, the smell of rotten eggs .

No smells in Seattle, yet...but with Mt Rainier and the subduction zone...we're due for either an earthquake or volcano soon!
