if you purchase a copy of fusion 6.0, are you required to pay the $995 annual subscription fee?

There's two types of licenses, one costs US$1500 upfront and US$ sub, the other US$5000 up fron and US$400 sub.
The first year is included in either case.

If you don't pay the subscription you won't be able to use any versions released after your sub runs out (but everything up to that point will still run without a hitch).
To upgrade later on will require a new sub and likely a pentaly fee on top of that.

So, it's a subscription for upgrades/updates... not a subscription to generally run the application.

    Cheers,
    Mike

There is some confusion about the pricing... until you buy it. Then it is explained with your receipt.

The Kurv deal appeared to be a mix of a special offer on top of the ala cart pricing with standard subscription fee applied. The receipt lists the $995 reduced from $1,495 with an annual subscription of $395 included in the purchase. So, the Kurv deal isn't (wasn't) anything you find on their site.

k all is good.. eyeon just replied. so no worries for everyone.

we are getting the full version however if you want to keep up the subscription, it's 995$ ( not $395) as I understand it... and it doesnt expire so the version you have is always good.
    Loads of controversial information about...

    Cheers,
    Mike

Well, ignore me. I can't find my paper work to verify what I said. So, since I can't substantiate it, forget it.

Got a receipt in the mail today and a letter that says Subscription renewal is $995.
So, I have to take that as confirmed.
