Scan Converter I thought only works on Windows 10 now in recent versions of NDI ? I had to upgrade all my Windows 7 machines to Windows 10 to get Scan Converter back.

NDI 4's Virtual Input crashes after launching. The icon appears on the toolbar until I wave the mouse over it and then it disappears.
