on those two asus zenbooks, NO ethernet port, that is a no no, but there should be a RJ45 ethernet HDMI
adapter to buy I think..there is an HDMI port so perhaps anyway.

didn´t see any wifi info in the spec data, but maybe it´s some standard they didn´t bother, have to check with them.

I am not taking about interaction, I am talking about static vdb volumes, and merge those..there is thus No simulation involved or required, they do not have to...

Not the same thing, that would mean simulating several gas solvers in one VDB container.
If you ment to load different finished gas solver result, that would have to go by the vdb node info import...

but how is the fractal textures applied? as in native primitive volume in Lightwave so it only affects the inside of the volume, not actually the volume density?

Not entirely sure it would be impossible, at least not for Houdini with combine vdb or something, I did check in to it loosely but didn´t got it to work, but then again I didn´t spend enough time...
