Hi all, been a WHILE since I've been here. ;-) I've adjusted my business and hope to be here more now.
I'm looking for some wireless camera ideas to pull off a Candid Camera type video.
The idea...
Nice!
Jef is always willing to travel.
FYI, we've had to put up a Blue 12' Seamless in similar situations. No problem. We even used Orange Seamless just for demonstration purposes. Skin tones were a little trickier though.
We typically record a backup of the TC 855 switch to our TC 455 in the fly pac, or DVD or mini DV deck. Even if it's an SD back up, it's better than having nothing.
I feel your pain and hope it...
Got my plane and Hotel reservations done! Can't wait! Arriving Saturday morning heading out LATE Wednesday night.
If you Bay Area guys ever have a need further South, we have an 855 & 455 in a fly pac plus lots of cables and comm system. Located in the Fresno area smack dab in the middle of the State. Glad to...
CS all the time. We do have our 455 running with the keyboard and mouse regularly wile using the 855 with CS.
Great advice.
By your question Zach, you are like most small business owners. The legalities and red tape are more than we can keep up with. (And it's always changing).
For us, anyone that we don't...
Andrew Cross was kind enough to create the "High Quality" version for some specific needs we have.
The High Quality profile works in SE, but so so in Premier Pro CS 6 for us and I am told not well...
FYI, can you supply a screen shot of the port you are using? Not at my box now but I'm pretty sure there is an additional HDMI port on the back of the 455 that is not supposed to be used. At least on...
I think we need a "don't show this warning again for this app" box. It gets frustrating.
I think I'm missing the link to Nacho's version???
So sorry to hear. Hate it when that happens. :(
Good luck!
FWIW, we typically have our 455 AND 855 up and running in our studio while recording. We place a sound blanket along the back to keep sound waves from shooting directly at the set. How small is your...
I was actually surprised to find how close the 40 is to the 455. Several schools are looking at or buying them from us. GREAT price point for so much and HD.
Holly cow Batman! Gone a while and wasn't sure I was on the right forum.
I'm not too concerned about the look. As long as the content is good I'm cool
Until that last post I had hoped to be considered a friend, person and industry affiliate of yours. :(
JK, I still consider you all of the above, but without said TC 850 experience. :hey:
Jef always makes it easy.
FYI, we've sped video up on SE to 10,000 X's speed. Definitely had to render, but the spot came out great. It was about a 10-15 minute locked down drawing we had to make fit into 29.5 sec.
FYI, we had one of the first, and I mean under #5 :hey: and it's still running.
Actually, that one came DOA because of massive UPS damage, but the very next one is what's still running....
Another option we've used several times. You can open the "undo" folder and select the last, (or any file) and open that. Normally it would be the last file.
Just remember to rename a new EDL where...
I had this request before. The key thing is… does the client have the money? :hey:
I think the setup was about $20K. I'm ball parking from memory. But you also have to, or have someone build a front...
Andrew, first off, many of us welcome competition. The streaming industry is still in it's infancy and the way I see it, as more of this is done, people are going to accept and demand it even more!...
