Apparently, the ESPN SRT decoders can’t see audio from Tricaster audio when streaming SRT with 44.1k sample rate. When I changed the sample rate to 48k, everything worked...

Running our first test today with SRT output from a Tricaster.
Using a TC1 with the latest firmware, streaming SRT to ESPN.

Video looks great, but no audio at all is going through....

Distance is pretty far. Maybe a few thousand feet.
Any way to use an IP KVM?

It’s a 3Play 4800.

We have a Tricaster Mini 4K. The options for replay speed in the Drop Down list are 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, etc.
We want to try a different speed (85%) so we created a macro for it....

Update: Support couldn't help. Said it may be a bug. Opened a bug report.

Performance:
CPU 15%

Our Tricaster Mini 4K is really struggling with 8 NDI inputs, 2 NDI outputs, streaming/encoding...AND replay recording. Even one channel of recording causes a lot of stutter in the program...

We have a large NDI setup with a new TC Mini 4K in the middle of it. All camera sources (6) are coming into the TC Mini 4K using BirdDog Studios.

Every single camera source is coming up...

Inputting the static IP address manually into the Tricaster network settings seems to have worked for now. Our DHCP server is set to assign the reserved address to the TC Mini 4K anyway, but maybe...

Hover over any of input numbers in your Tricaster mixer and click the gear. Choose the input source type. Embedded, mic or line.

1. How are you connecting the mics to the Tricaster? Through a mixer or straight in?
2. Do the mics need Phantom power?
3. Are you setting the correct audio source on the TC built-in mixer?

Newtek has agreed to look into bringing back the macros to the Mini. Hasn't happened yet, but I am hopeful.
