WRONG on both conclusions.
Looks like really nice upgrade 4x speed :)
Split/divide the model in moi3d into more quads (angular and planar surfaces) and export as Quads+Tris (not N-gons), also in modeler use MOIs exported vertex normal, then i should work fine.

Yeah if there is no *.mtl then it's normal that LW will not load textures, no app will since it's not written where is and what is the texture :).

For OBJ check *.mtl file in case links are absolute instead relative and then put OBJ file in same folder where textures are in case it didn't ask you for textures on loading.
Yep, they fixed two of mine modeler wire/wire background bugs too :).
Check in Lw 2020.0.2, they fixed few of those wireframe zoom problems in modeler.
Well it will just make me use old version as long as i can and then seek for different tool if needed :).
